Price Chart
Standard turn-around time for screen printing is seven business days; this time period begins when all blank goods have been received at our docks and the final art files have been approved. If a shorter time period than seven days for production is required, a rush charge of 25% will be added to the fees listed below.
The pricing below assumes that all blank goods are purchased from TSi. If the customer wishes to supply goods for production, the minimum production quantity is 100 pieces and screen charges are not waived. Also, production fees and requirements may vary on orders produced on customer-supplied goods.
Prices listed are per print and location using the same art, based on the quantity of prints and the number of colors in that print, on blank goods purchased from TSi:

MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR A QUOTED SCREEN PRINTING ORDER IS 18 PIECES WITH THE SAME LOGO OR DESIGN. Garment colors and styles within the 18 pieces can be mixed and matched, but the screen itself must be produced a minimum of 18 times per order.

Screen Production Charges are $30/per screen (per color). At 50+ garments we waive the screen charges for up to 4 screens. At 500+ we will waive the charge up to 10 screens.
Additional Production Fees
WHITE UNDERLAY: count as 1 ink color
SLEEVE / COLLAR PRINTS: add .20 per print not "front or back"
PRINTING ON NYLON: add $1.50 per piece to the price chart above
CUSTOM NAMES / PERSONALIZATION: $4.00 per name application plus screens
INK COLOR CHANGE DURING A PRINT RUN: $15 per color change
PMS COLOR MATCHING: $20 per color
RUSH CHARGE (production completed within 2 business days, if available):

Uniform Numbers
Numbers available in heights of 2", 4", 6", 8" or 10"
One-Color Numbers: $3.00 per print location
Two-Color Numbers: $5.50 per print location
Four Color Process Screen Fees
$150 per print location
- includes set of CMYK screens
- includes on-press registration and a test print color strike-off
- additional spot color screens billed separately
Production Specifications
MAXIMUM ART PRODUCTION DIMENSIONS:
- hat fronts/left chest designs: 4"w x 2.5"h
- full front or full back on adult apparel: 14.5"w x 16"h
- bags and other accessories: vary by specific product
Dimensions may reduce if printing on adult sizes S or M.
Youth and infant sizes reduce maximum dimensions further and may incur additional charges.
