Who We Are
TSi Events is a behind the scenes, Turn-Key sign and operations team. We provide simple solutions, both large and small to events, venues and business. From a banner to an entire Event Identity Program complete with venue build-out, TSi possess the equipment, experience and talent necessary to handle your next project. Our team will work with you from Concept to Design through the Integration.

Our Company
History of TSi
Formed in 1985,
TSi started as a tournament operations company providing equipment such as scoreboards to radios and everything in-between. In 2002, at the request of a client, the signage division was formed and now composes half of the company’s business.
TSi, located in Tempe, AZ, has made extensive investments into equipment to allow TSi to continue at the high standards we have come to expect of ourselves as well as to push the envelope on service, technology and innovation. We offer signs and equipment that are over the top in appearance and effect, yet under budget and surprisingly affordable.
TSi has experience in construction, as the majority of our contracts not only call for signage and operational equipment but the installation, event week maintenance and the breakdown of the equipment as well. We handle everything from sandblasting to digital printing. We not only have a sign shop, but metal, plastic and wood shops as well that allow us to custom build many dreams and ideas.
We have custom trucks and trailers that travel from event to event. These allow us to transport your signs and equipment from our shop straight to your venue. Once onsite these trucks become the events on-site sign studio as well as a full office stocked with various kinds of materials, tools and machines. This allows us to handle any additional request you may have.
At TSi we strive for the most professional services possible at a fair price and we are positive you will be happy with our work and products or we will make it right.

Questions About General Signs & Artwork
Submission of Artwork for Signs
& Graphics
Depending on your needs and the design of the sign, many formats are viable. If you don't find your answer below please contact us to discuss your specific needs and very often we can provide you a solution to e mail or upload your graphics files.
All logos and artwork should be sent in digital form otherwise art charges may apply.
Ideally Artwork should be submitted as four color process (CMYK). PMS numbers are also welcome.
Artwork can be submitted via disk, email or file upload (please click on this link to submit artwork).
Digital File Format:
For best printing results, all artwork should be submitted as vector graphics. EPS and AI formats are acceptable (and most desirable) as long as a raster image is not embedded in the file.
If a raster image is the only option, please make sure that it is a high quality/resolution image. PDF files are acceptable.
When using PDF, JPEG or other formats that are not vectored art image quality will be lost when scaled to a larger size.
For example, a 72 dpi web graphic that is 5” X 3’ enlarged to 24” X 14.4” will be 15dpi. (See Example).
Notice the jagged edges and loss of quality when the graphic is blown-up.
Yes, and we do often! The better quality the photograph, the better your digital image will turn out!
Can you match specific colors?
Yes. Depending on the type of sign and it’s uses, we can match according to your needs.
Do I need a permit for my sign?
You may or may not. We will do the work to find out exactly what you need and help attain the permit before the sign is installed if necessary.
Can my sign be delivered?
Yes, we can deliver your signs.
Does TSi Events create trade show booths and graphics?
Yes. We can customize them, or sell you pre-fabricated, travel booths. See our full catalog on our link.
What is the largest sign I could order from a TSi Events full service sign center?
There are no signs too large for us!

Our Ability

These contacts are an advantage that gives us the ability to service customers nationwide. With our Mobile Studio Trucks we are able to handle national accounts from start to finish. We can manufacture in our facility, controlling the quality and consistency of the product, ship it out on our vehicles and install with our people to ensure quality. Turnaround
The Turnaround time of your signage may vary on the type. Below is a list of various situations that might answer your questions concerning the turnaround. Please keep in mind these times may vary depending on artwork, permits, and location.
Monument Sign = 3 -4 weeks
Pylon Sign = 3 -4 weeks
Construction Site Signage = 1 week
Storefront Signage = 3 -4 weeks
Neon = 2 weeks
Vehicle Graphics = 3-5 days
Window Graphics Banners, Yard signs ect.1-5 days
Repairs and maintenance on signs-=1-3 days
We accept Visa, MasterCard. Financing is available for those who qualify, please inquire for details. We can establish credit accounts for those customers with frequent sign purchases.
We require 50% down on all orders above $150 and payment with order for all others.

Why should I use TSi Events?At TSi, we have been involved in the event world for over 25 years. Just knowing that we have your back with our experience should give you piece of mind. We operate behind the scenes to give you the best show possible.
What's the difference between using TSi and just getting materials and equipment for you?
At TSi we are more than happy to provide you with equipment and signs for your event. But we also want to offer the service that we have staff and specially designed trailers that can assist in the layout, construction, installation, management of the event and finally the dismantling.
What is a Mobile Studio?
We have custom built truck and trailers that provided support for your event, through on-site signs shops complete with designers and machines, to a miniature hardware store for custom fabrication of the venue site.

I see many vehicles that are completely covered in advertising; can TSi Events provide this service?Yes. This depends on your vehicle and budget. The best thing to do is have one of our designers inspect your vehicle and take measurements for a quote.
Why should I buy my vehicle wrap from TSi?
TSi installers and designers have over 15 years of experience with digital printing and installation of vehicle graphics. This makes for superior design, manufacturing, installation and warranty coverage. You can be assured you are getting the best with TSi.
How long does it take to get my TSi vehicle Wrap?
It usually takes a week from concept to installation, depending upon design revisions.
What is a wrap made of?
A wrap starts with high-performance cast vinyl film. Our Mimamiki JV33's are usually the machines of choice for creating the richest colors available in a vehicle wrap. The image is protected with a UV clearcoat or overlaminate to resist road grime and sun fade. The finished graphics are then applied by professional installers who stretch it, heat it, and cut it to make an exact fit to your vehicle.
Will the wraps damage my vehicle?
A car or truck wrap will not damage your paint job. In fact, while it is installed on your vehicle, the wrap will protect your vehicle’s paint job from minor scratches and dings.
Can you design the wrap for me?
Yes! Our award winning creative artists have designed many vibrant, designs for our discriminating customers. From mild to wild we have a design for you.
If I am getting a sign installed on my vehicle, how long will my car/truck/van be out of service?
Most vehicles can be lettered in one business day.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes a comprehensive 3 to 5 year warranty is available at no extra cost. That covers premature fading, peeling, and cracking is available, certain restrictions apply.
How do I see out if window-mounted graphics are used?
Window graphics are perforated so that you can see out. The perforations do not compromise the integrity of your design.
